The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach, Chica Pitanga restaurant, and the airport. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke proper English. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, an in-room safe, television, and telephone. The dining options at the restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent, with a delicious breakfast and a variety of dishes to choose from. The staff, including the manager, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable stay. The leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and Wi-Fi, added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Staff was friendly but did not speack english, portugese only. Breakfast had a good choice of local fruits and food.
The room was dark and old. The entire interieur (furniture, bathroom fittings etc) of the hotel was very time-worn. It was one of the cheapest hotels on this webside but still the value of money ( ~100 Euro / 130 USD per night) was not acceptable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach and a few restaurants. The breakfast offered a variety of options, which was great. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and very helpful. One particular staff member at the check-in desk was able to speak proper English and provided excellent assistance.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The location of this hotel was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. the staff was generally friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations for local attractions. the breakfast included a good variety of options to suit different tastes.
The hotel facilities were outdated and not well-maintained. the rooms were small and musty with old furniture, and the bathroom was in need of renovation.

The staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The breakfast spread was good, offering a variety of options to choose from. the pool was a definite plus, providing a refreshing escape from the heat.
The hotel itself was old and worn out, which was evident in the condition of the rooms. The bed was rock hard, making it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

Location only
I will never return to this hotel. 1) I stay there for five nights in December. Beside the last night they upgraded me to the excutive room, I had mosquito in my room every night. One of nights, there were more than 20 mosquito. I didn't have good sleep. I can not image a four star hotel like this. From lobby, business centre restaurant, elevator and so on. It is terrible. 2) The rooms are not clean. You can see the dead mosquito bodies everywhere. Floor is not clean. 3) The equipments were 1980. Worse than a two star hotel. Need a big refurbish. 4) I believe every your customers who went to stay at this hotel through your reservations will only say "good location" but complain the rest. I would like to ask for compensation if I could

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it a great choice for travelers looking to enjoy some fun in the sun. it's close to Recife's airport, making it a convenient option for business guests with early morning flights. guests can easily access the popular Chica Pitanga restaurant, which is just a short distance away.
The hotel may need some renovations to improve its overall appearance and bring it up to modern standards.
